Refund Policy

At Banalo, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and complete customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our digital products/services, we follow a strict no refund policy once a purchase or booking has been made.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Website development/design

  • Digital marketing services

  • Domain and hosting charges

  • Any customization or consultation work

Exceptions (if any)

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  1. The service was not delivered at all and no work has been initiated.

  2. Payment was made twice accidentally (duplicate transactions).

  3. A service was cancelled within 24 hours of payment and before any work started.

In all such cases, the decision of Banalo’s management shall be final.

Refund Processing

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
